By accessing and using DisAds you agree to this Terms of Service and to be bound by these and all applicable laws and regulations. The give-and-take between us represents a legal agreement between you and DisAds.
By using DisAds, you acknowledge that you are at least 13 years old, as dictated by the Terms of Service of the Discord application. As such, by using DisAds, you declare that you are above said age. If you happen to be below the age of 18 years, your use of our services is strictly dependent on the approval of your parent or guardian in charge.
DisAds does not ask you to make another account. You need to log in with your Discord account for using our platform. Logging in with Discord itself means you agree and will abide by their ToS found within, Discord's Terms of Service.
As a user of DisAds, you agree that you won't use our platform for anything that:
You won't use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
You will not use DisAds to distribute, post, or promote any harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.
You will not attempt to access other users' accounts and personal information without permission.
You will not attempt to manipulate or fraudulently generate clicks on advertisements.
You will not create multiple accounts to circumvent system limitations or abuse referral programs.
You will not interfere with or disrupt the DisAds bot or service operations.
DisAds provides a platform for the display of targeted advertisements on Discord servers through our bot integration. As an advertiser, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Pay-Per-Click Model: You only pay when users actually click on your advertisements. You will not be charged for views, impressions, or any other metric.
Ad Types: DisAds supports different ad types including text ads, image ads, and combined ads. Each ad type has different pricing per click.
Targeting: You can target your advertisements by selecting specific languages and categories to reach your desired audience.
Campaign Verification: All campaigns must be submitted for verification before going live. DisAds reserves the right to approve or refuse any campaign at our discretion. Campaigns containing offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content will be refused.
Balance Requirements: You must maintain sufficient balance in your account to cover click costs. Campaigns will be automatically deactivated if your balance falls below the minimum required amount for your ad type.
Payment: You agree to pay all applicable fees for advertising services. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (such as Mollie) and are subject to their terms and conditions.
As a server owner, you can earn money by displaying advertisements on your Discord server through the DisAds bot. The following terms apply:
Earnings Per Click: You earn money for each click on advertisements displayed on your server. Earnings vary depending on the ad type (text, image, or combined ads).
Server Configuration: You must configure your server by selecting supported languages and categories. Only advertisements matching your server's language and category settings will be displayed.
Ad Control: You have full control over which advertisements are displayed through blacklist and whitelist features. You can block specific campaigns or only allow approved campaigns.
Bot Requirements: The DisAds bot must be invited to your server and properly configured with an ad channel. You are responsible for maintaining proper bot permissions.
Withdrawals: You may request withdrawals of your earnings, subject to minimum withdrawal amounts and verification processes as determined by DisAds.
Referral Program: You may participate in our referral program by sharing your unique referral link. When someone signs up via your link and makes their first deposit, you will receive a referral bonus as determined by DisAds.
Your privacy is of great concern to us. Please take some time and read our Privacy Policy, to get more detailed information on how we collect, use, and secure your personal details.
All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and icons are the exclusive property of DisAds and/or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, display, or in any other way exploit the content or any part of it without the prior written permission of DisAds.
DisAds may, at any time and from time to time, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service, or any part thereof with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
DisAds may, at any time, with or without cause or notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service, or is detrimental in any way to other users, is harmful to other users, or to other persons, or for any other reason as determined by us, terminate or suspend your access to the service.
DisAds provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant or represent the accuracy or completeness of the service. DisAds disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, under no circumstances shall DisAds be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, income, revenue or goodwill arising from: (a) Your use or inability to use the Service; (b) Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (d) Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or other similar which may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party; or (e) Any errors or omissions in any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any Content posted, e-mailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available by or through the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
